I have been hitting the pavement in the lead up to the ASB Auckland Marathon and here are the amazing health benefits of training for a half marathon.

I have done some work with some running coaches and have learnt about activiating those glutes when I run, this giving a booty workout.

This will increase your self esteem and give you an exhilarating sense of accomplishment. I am also less stressed knowing that I am doing my part for Charity. I have been trying to donate to all the runners I have been seeing posting and it feels good to see so many involved.
