Georgia May Jagger believes she owes her success to her stunning model mum Jerry Hall and has teamed up with Sunglass Hut and her siblings Lizzie and James for a Mother’s Day campaign to honour her mum. The #itstartedwithmum Mother’s Day campaign for 2015 in a collection of beautiful images shot by fashion photographer Sebastian Kim and styled by Cher Coulter and of course features sunglasses that are on trend with styles in faded pastel colours.
The campaign headlines include real-life style advice from their supermodel mum, Jerry Hall, such as “Mum taught me that details make a difference” and “Red lipstick and sunnies is how mum taught us to shine”.
“Mum’s advice growing up has totally become my inspiration for today,” said Georgia May. “There was a lot of laughing and goofing around with Lizzie and James on set all day, recalling some of our favorite memories with mum,” she concluded. ‘We love Mother’s Day, I think if it didn’t exist we would have created the day anyway just to have the chance to spoil her and thank her for everything she’s done for us,” she said.
This isn’t the first time Georgia has fronted a Mother’s Day campaign for Sunglass hut as she enlisted the help of her mum back in 2013 to shoot some snaps for the special occasion.
Sunglass Hut encourage consumers to share their tribute to Mum with a personalised e-card where they want you to upload your favourite photo of mum and post to social media. Each card will include a barcode for a Mother’s Day surprise ranging from a free care kit to a pair of sunglasses.
