Research suggests that intake of turmeric will enhance your brain health and It is said to help reduce your stress levels, fight Alzheimer’s, and improve your heart health. Sounds great to me!

- 2 Large Ripe Bananas
- 150 grams Youghurt
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Tumeric
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 Lemon Squeezed
Blend together and enjoy.
